Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect applicable state and local tax on items sold to Purchasers in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Texas, Connecticut and New York for which sales tax exemption certification has not been provided.

Canadian Orders: The order total displayed on our website does not include GST/HST, or any customs or import fees.

Return Policy

All items must be returned within 30 days in original box and be in new condition, or they will not be accepted. Books are returnable within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. VCR tapes, audio tapes, computer software, and reports are not returnable and will be refused by our Receiving Department. Returns must be sent pre-paid and insured via U.S. Mail or UPS.

Damaged in Shipment?
Please save the item(s) and packaging, then notify us by phone at 1-800-334-9291. We will notify the carrier to inspect the item(s) and arrange for pickup of the damaged item(s).
